Chunky Tomato Basil Pasta
- Fresh basil
- Fresh garlic
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and submerge tomatoes for about 5-10 seconds. This will make it easy to peel the skin off. Dice up tomatoes and squeeze out as much excess water as possible.
- Saute tomatoes in 2 teaspoons of olive oil for 5-10 minutes. Add chopped garlic and basil to taste, continue cooking for another few minutes.
- The sauce will be pretty watery so use a slotted spoon to spoon the sauce onto the pasta of your choice. I used regular spaghetti this time, but it'll work well with any pasta.
