Guilty Pleasures Wednesday {Center Stage}

Here is another "guilty pleasure" that I am not embarassed about. Hmm maybe I should have more shame, but I guess I just don't... Oh well! I love love love ballet and, as cheesy as it is, Center Stage is a good ballet movie because there is lots of dancing. And with actual real dancers. The dance scenes are so fun to watch.

Now, ballet fashion isn't anything new, especially since Black Swan, but  it's always pretty. So, let's look at some lovely ballet-inspired fashion.

I would also love to incorporate the classic ballet pink more into my home design, but not sure if the bf would go for that... Are you a fan of ballet-inspired fashion? Would you use ballet pink in your home?

  1. I LOVE center stage! One of those movies that you can watch over and over again. And ballet-inspired fashion...can't stay away from it! I bought the knock-off version of those shoes and love wearing them, they remind me so much of my days on pointe!

  2. I used to loveee that movie! And that image from the martha stewart bridal spread was one of my favorite features - my wedding dress (actually it was a bridemaids dress i just wore as my gown) was in it - it's how i fell in love with it

  11. Oh I am a sucker for Center Stage! I remember playing the soundtrack on repeat. I love classic ballet pink and the ballet fashion. Nothing makes me feel more girly then a big fluffy pink skirt!
